As a Director of Consumer Experience at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of centralized service lines within the Consumer Experience Center (CxC). Your administrative expertise will drive the organization, direction, and management of CxC services, ensuring each service meets established key performance indicators to support access and an optimal consumer experience.

As a subject matter expert, you will build trusting relationships and partner with leaders in the CxC and markets/functional areas supported by the CxC to continually improve service delivery. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will enable you to successfully engage and collaborate with senior leaders and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive process improvement and change management efforts
  • Participate in relevant implementations and optimizations for services, maintaining a clear understanding of the organization and intersection of the CxC with other AdventHealth services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 9 years of related, manager/director level experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and partner with stakeholders
