  • Role Overview:
  • As a Senior Manager in IT Quality Engineering, you will work closely with business leaders and IT partners to effectively understand and meet business requirements.
  • In this pivotal role within our IT team, you will oversee the validation of regulated system implementations, audits, and inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage a diverse range of systems, strategically aligning validation activities with business goals to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide leadership to a team of IT Quality Engineers, supporting multiple projects while ensuring adherence to regulations and company procedures.
  • Drive the development of strategies and tools for IT Quality Engineering, placing a strong emphasis on quality and compliance in all deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years with a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Healthcare sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements in GMP, GCP, GLP, GDP, and related areas.
  • Experience validating various systems including ERP, Supply Chain, LIMS, Salesforce, and others.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud standards, data migration projects, and end-to-end integrations.
  • Expertise in software quality assurance, change controls, CAPAs, and DevOps tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience managing IT integrations and audits.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Salary Information:
