The Executive Director leads first-line managers and ensures that goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop key performance goals and manage the performance of staff; oversee the performance management process for the region.
  • Create and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff within a department or the business unit.
  • Ensure that the business delivers quality service to clients and customers.
  • Work closely with managers to retain clients and develop new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Improve internal processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
  • Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration is required, a master's in business administration is desirable.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a management role; industry experience is preferred.
  • DOT knowledge/experience is required.
  • Must be keen on strategic thinking and planning and understand budget management and financial monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivation, training, and mentorship.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
Working Conditions:

This job is located primarily in an indoor office environment with varying noise levels. There may be varying degrees of temperature. The employee may be interrupted from time to time.
