Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Caselle is seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support. With a strong focus on delivering outstanding service, the ideal candidate will excel in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly as it pertains to software applications. They will work closely with customers to assess needs, resolve questions, and teach customers to more efficiently use Caselle software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, online, and email.
  • Work closely with customers to assess needs and resolve questions.
  • Teach customers to effectively use Caselle software.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role preferred.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
