Job Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversee the management of customer accounts undergoing bankruptcy and provide support for payment processing via online and telephone channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% - Manage accounts receivable for customers in bankruptcy. Submit claims electronically and engage in negotiations with legal representatives, trustees, and bankruptcy courts. Offer telephone support to store personnel regarding bankruptcy inquiries.

50% - Deliver telephone assistance to credit customers regarding online and telephone payment options. Process payments through our digital payment platform. Offer technical guidance to customers requiring help with our online payment system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is essential. Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments accurately and punctually in a dynamic work environment. Capable of managing daily workload while addressing end-user inquiries and training requirements. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are preferred. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting.
