Your Impact
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Manager. If you're passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to talk to you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Guide Investor Relations Managers through the buying journey, identifying opportunities for Irwin's flagship platform to optimize their needs.
* Manage discovery calls, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, legal/IT discussions, and procurement conversations.
* Collaborate effectively with various departments, including business development, marketing, client success, and product teams, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct successful trial training sessions with prospective clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our solutions.
* Participate in initial onboarding calls with the client success team after closing a sale, ensuring a smooth transition to long-term support.
* Provide valuable customer and prospect feedback to inform product development, enhancing our offerings and staying ahead in the market.
* Accurately forecast opportunities and log activities in HubSpot, enabling data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
* Attend industry conferences as required, representing Benefitfocus and expanding our network of partners and clients.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of SAAS closing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
The estimated salary for this position is $98,000-115,000 annually, depending on location and performance.
