In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from evaluating software programs to establishing benchmarks for program efficiency. Your attention to detail and experience in IT and software will be essential in identifying defects and improving software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate software programs to ensure they meet specifications and documentation.
  • Analyze and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, and content.
  • Establish benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times.
  • Create test cases and test data to support software testing.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using software programs.
  • Provide technical support to users and respond to inquiries regarding software functions and operations.
  • Collaborate with developers to establish standards and procedures for program design and testing.
  • Recommend program improvements or revisions based on test results and analysis.
