About the Role

The ECU Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure that all HVAC products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Inspection and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify and address quality issues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality assurance inspectors and technicians.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the HVAC manufacturing industry.
  • Skill Set: Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, or ASQ are a plus.
