About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality assurance and testing projects across multiple scrum teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  • Determine test strategies and processes for large testing efforts, identifying risks and issues ahead of test execution.
  • Analyze user stories, review acceptance criteria, and determine optimal test coverage to deliver high-quality products.
  • Estimate test efforts accurately, including test case design/scripting, test data management, test execution, and defect correction.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, troubleshooting and driving resolution of automated test run failures.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, providing input on testability of requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct impact analysis to determine manual and automated regression test coverage, using data analytics to optimize test coverage.
  • Collaborate effectively within the scrum team, communicating quality issues and recommendations to senior-level management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in software quality engineering with a focus on automation and Agile processes.
  • Excellent soft skills, ability to work with diverse groups of engineers and leaders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and quality integration into each sprint.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test case management tools, UI test automation tools, scripting languages, CI/CD and version control tools, feature flags management, database testing, performance and security testing tools.
