We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team at Paycor, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on automating software tests and contributing to the improvement of testing methods and processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, code and maintain automated scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.
- Work closely with the Agile team to identify areas for automation and implement solutions that reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with quality testing trends, techniques, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Test Automation Specialist.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java, C#, and Ruby.
- Experience with SQL databases and API testing using REST/SOAP protocols.
- Familiarity with versioning software like Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
