Administrative Service Coordinator

ECS Transportation Group, a leading provider of worldwide ground transportation services, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume reservations, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email
- Manage reservations, scheduling, and dispatching in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
