Job Overview

Hawaii Fiduciary Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various accounting and administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation of the company.
  • Process invoices and payments, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional support to team members and clients through strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and other related projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum AA degree in accounting or related field.
  • Full-time in-office position located in Honolulu.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Accounting software programs like QuickBooks preferred.
