About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Digital UX Design team in the Content and Education Business Unit. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user experience for defined elements of lululemon Digital & Omni
  • Develop deliverables that communicate problems and/or solutions to stakeholders using appropriate tools, artifacts, and fidelity level for the audience/purpose
  • Define an end-to-end outfitting ecosystem, including providing guests with look recommendations
  • Craft designs from concept to final product in a collaborative environment, involving agile product team, user research, A/B testing, design system, and other partners
  • Work closely with Product Manager to create designs
  • Engage in discovery activities, including competitive analysis, user task and goals identification, journey maps, process flows, and user research in partnership with UX Research team
  • Collaborate on problem definition with Product Management
  • Participate and assist in the facilitation of collaborative ideation sessions with cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Communicate design rationale to partners and stakeholders
  • Utilize and contribute components to UI libraries/design systems
  • Maintain UX documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience or User Interface Design, User Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in product design and user experience design in retail, eCommerce, omni-channel, or adjacent industries
  • Experience in user-centered design methodologies, user testing, research, and/or UX writing
  • Ability to create mock-ups and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity
  • Working knowledge of Accessibility requirements for web and mobile
  • Proficiency in Figma and Miro
  • Experience with Zoom, Jira, and Confluence
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process skills in relevant, related, up-to-date subject matter with recent additions from the last 2 years
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $135,000.00 – $155,000.00 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, fitness & yoga classes, and more.
