Job Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary UX Designer Lead to spearhead a project on an international scale. As the Lead UX Designer, you'll oversee the design of digital products and services, collaborating with a team of strategists and developers to redefine our interaction with technology through innovative mobile and web experiences.

As a UX Designer Lead, you'll be responsible for applying design thinking, user research, and business strategy to identify and address unmet needs and opportunities. You'll lead the design process for digital products, exploring new interfaces, building effective design systems, and leveraging best practices to elegantly solve complex challenges.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch successful digital products.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • 4 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least two years in a lead designer role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and launching successful websites and digital products.
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Mastery of design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping applications like Invision, Principle, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
