UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team at ASP Web Solutions. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze user requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Create interactive wireframes, mockups, and style guides for web applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key peers in Product Management, Software Engineering, and others to identify and plan creative solutions.
  • Manage external service resources for visual design (Adobe, Figma, etc.).
  • Ensure successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality).
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of application release management, outage management, and change control processes and standards.
  • Define, create, communicate, and manage resource plans and other required project documentation such as style guides and provide updates as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience using modern web development tools, techniques, and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing interfaces and backend web applications, including all aspects of server-side processing, data storage, and integration.
