  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

  • Active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Four years of experience as a UI/UX designer in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of design concepts, including interface design, prototyping, and design systems development.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to articulate design requirements to development teams.
  • General understanding of Web Development best practices (HTML5, CSS3).
  • Ability to maintain a big-picture vision while defining detailed requirements.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building single-page applications consuming REST API.
  • Human-centered design experience.
  • Experience participating in product decisions from definition to release.
  • Experience with federal government systems and supporting federal projects.
  • Experience implementing 508 Compliance.
