UI/UX Designer Job Description

Medisolv is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer at Medisolv, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our Platform and software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and product goals.
  • Incorporate end user workflows and intuitive navigation in the UI/UX design.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
  • Develop user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in designing B2B solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.
  • Strong UX development skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interactive design, and information architecture.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
