Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest mail and messages, as well as safe deposits, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor room availability and assist in yield management and restrictions.
  • Keep the lobby and desk area clean and presentable, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date on emergency and security procedures, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
