Position Overview:

Under the guidance of a Bank or Market Manager, you will play a key role in promoting Associated Bank's offerings to both current clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and strengthen customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and suggesting suitable banking products, including deposits, loans, digital services, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various business line partners to cultivate relationships that promote client retention and asset growth.
  • Drive the growth of loans, deposits, and fee income by serving as a resource across the bank, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.
  • Meet individual and branch team objectives while adhering to Associated Bank's Core Values.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through precise and efficient transaction processing and service request fulfillment.
  • Support the operational integrity of the branch, demonstrating flexibility by potentially working at multiple locations as needed.

Compliance and Integrity:

This role requires adherence to a credit check in accordance with regulatory standards. You will be expected to comply with all internal policies and applicable laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the S.A.F.E. Act. This includes submitting necessary information for registry requirements and maintaining compliance as directed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Recommend banking products to new and existing clients, following established sales processes and bank procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate business partners across various lines of business.
  • Ensure accurate processing of new accounts and actively pursue cross-selling opportunities.
  • Commit to exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.
  • Expand assets under management by proactively developing new business through sales efforts with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma. Required

Experience:

  • 2-4 years in a sales-driven environment or related field. Required
  • 1 year of experience in a Branch Banker role. Required
  • 3-5 years in a sales-focused environment with a strong emphasis on customer service. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Other Banker Certification within 6 months. Required
