The Role:

As a Global Product Architect for Digital Workspaces, you will spearhead and oversee international initiatives concerning productivity solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Your main objective will be to develop global services and standards that regional consultants can effectively implement for clients.

In this capacity, you will cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, collecting requirements and steering the success of global productivity solutions. By keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in productivity technologies, you will disseminate knowledge within the architect community to foster innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Direct the design and architecture of productivity solutions, ensuring compliance with scalability, performance, and security benchmarks.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Collaborate with regional stakeholders, teams, and clients to validate and test solutions, ensuring they meet market and customer expectations.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation for architecture, design, and implementation methodologies.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Create and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the necessary skills to effectively deliver global solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, gathering requirements and promoting the success of global productivity solutions.

Qualifications:

You possess extensive experience as a Modern Work and Microsoft 365 architect, having led multiple projects aimed at enhancing productivity and collaboration, ideally within an international organization and with a comprehensive understanding of matrix organizational structures.

Microsoft Technology Stack: Profound experience with Microsoft-related technologies and platforms, including Azure cloud services.

  • Microsoft 365: Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Automation: Utilizing tools such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Copilot for Microsoft 365: In-depth knowledge of Copilot for M365.
  • Other Copilots and Extensibility: Integrating AI-driven solutions within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enhancing functionalities.

Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1+).

Security & Compliance: Implemented security and compliance protocols in accordance with Microsoft standards.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Established track record of engaging with global and regional stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive project success.
