Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning production activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to review production statuses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute and review material forecasts and supply using advanced planning tools and reports.
  • Schedule and manage production operations, including multiple work centers across our manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and internal processes are developed and followed to ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.
  • Input planning data into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support independent demands and distribution center requirements.
  • Work with new product introduction teams to ensure accurate distribution center input and placement.
  • Review and confirm stock transfer requests to stock transfer orders daily.
  • Review delivery schedules with buyers and other planners to ensure on-time delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with global order management teams regarding inventory staging to sales orders.
  • Maintain planning master data, working with purchasing teams on master data consistencies using standard audit reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or industrial management.
  • 0-2+ years of experience using a large ERP system to plan materials for factory assembly and manufactured materials for distribution center stocking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of how to develop product bills of materials (BOMs) and kitting BOMs.
  • College degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or industrial management.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Strong SAP planning skillset experience, including working knowledge of SAP tables and data extraction methodology, central component, advanced planning, and alert monitors.
  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively verbally and in writing, and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and leaders, including cross-functional, global partners.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Effective knowledge of stock transfer requests and stock transfer orders for supply/demand execution.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated data analytics abilities.
