The Role:

As the Global Solutions Architect for Copilot and LowCode, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of innovative Copilot and LowCode solutions, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and secure. You will oversee a worldwide portfolio of services related to these technologies, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals. Staying informed about the latest advancements in LowCode development and AI solutions will be crucial as you apply this knowledge to enhance our offerings. You will also conduct training sessions aimed at empowering consultants with the skills necessary for successful global solution implementation.

In addition, you will engage with both global and regional stakeholders, including senior executives, to guarantee successful project execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather requirements and deliver top-notch solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and architecture of Copilot and LowCode solutions, ensuring they adhere to standards of scalability, performance, and security.
• Solution Development: Create and implement LowCode applications utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
• Hands-On Leadership: Collaborate with regional stakeholders, teams, and clients to validate and test solutions, ensuring they fulfill market and customer needs.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Microsoft Technology Utilization: Utilize Microsoft-related technologies and platforms to enhance solution capabilities and ensure seamless integration with the broader technology ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• LowCode Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of LowCode platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating LowCode solutions with existing systems and third-party services.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with global and regional stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Capability to provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to team members and regional subject matter experts.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in LowCode development and AI solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance products.
• LowCode Architecture: Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting LowCode solutions.
• Microsoft Technology Stack: Extensive experience with Microsoft-related technologies and platforms, including Azure cloud services.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Established track record of engaging with global and regional stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive project success.
