Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Our client in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts related to multiple dwelling properties. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, handling their individual needs, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
  • Identify sales prospects within the multiple dwelling property sector.
  • Regularly report on account status and transactions.
  • Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Fiber Sales Account Manager or Fiber Sales Account Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid experience with MS Excel required.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong stakeholdering and planning skills.
  • Timely project delivery and responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to anticipate responses and potential roadblocks ahead.
Education:
  • Minimum High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.

Pay Range: $45/HR depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
