- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in rental operations or equipment management.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety guidelines.
- Proficient in rental management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Starting salary at $40,000+ commission, with opportunities for career growth and professional development within Herc Rentals.
