Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all sales orders, billing, and warranty information, as well as partnering with manufacturers and building and maintaining full-service files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all sales orders, billing, and warranty information.
- Process Warranty requests.
- Partner with manufacturers.
- Build and maintain all full-service files, including titling, scanning, rebate submittal, activation, insurance tracking, and administrative items.
- Manage workload and proactively communicate with management when there are unexpected challenges, problems, or roadblocks.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Track orders and work with corporate admin and branch management.
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Meeting coordination, prepare agendas, schedule catering.
- Process expense reports through Concur Solutions.
- Prepare reports and conduct research on current trends.
