Job Summary

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating with technicians and service managers, and following up with manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate completion of warranty-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input warranty-related data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly recorded.
  • Receive and process warranty job forms and emails from technicians, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers and follow up as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to verify details and ensure claims are processed correctly.
  • Track the progress of warranty claims and update internal stakeholders on their status.
  • Maintain organized records of warranty claims, documentation, and manufacturer communications.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to warranties as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with service managers, technicians, and manufacturers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
