We are seeking a highly skilled Software Systems Architect to join our team at DiSTI Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software and hardware solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Plan, design, develop, test, and document complex software and hardware solutions for new products, new features, customer demonstrations, and program development.
  • Technical Review: Review contractual documents (Specification, Statement of Work, Technical Manuals, etc.) and recommend viable solution approaches.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct internal software and/or hardware testing to ensure requirements are met during Customer testing. Direct/oversee Customer acceptance test.
  • Process Improvement: Use technical innovations to improve individual and team processes and code development.
  • Team Collaboration: Make innovative team contributions that improve the overall team performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn new concepts and become recognized as an expert in certain domains.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
  • Frequently communicates with clients, team members, etc.
  • Travel is required.
