Quality Systems Manager

Engenium Staffing Inc is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to elevate their commitment to top-tier services and products. As the Quality System Analyst, you'll orchestrate the ISO 9001 QMS program, implementing cutting-edge quality assurance strategies across their dynamic services and product development operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Trailblazer: Drive ISO 9001 and ISO 26262 quality systems proactively, ensuring industry compliance through 3rd party audits and alignment with customer requirements.
- Audits: Conduct internal and external audits, validating software processes against ISO quality standards. Compile detailed reports with findings and improvement recommendations.
- Inspector: Perform in-process audits during software development phases, identifying and rectifying quality deviations. Investigate and communicate resolutions for quality-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Review processes, documentation, and practices to identify non-conformities, striving for excellence and staying current with industry best practices.
- Supplier Synergist: Collaborate with program management to select high-quality suppliers. Implement supplier quality management programs, conducting audits and fostering improvement in quality standards.
- Metrics: Develop and track KPIs, presenting regular quality performance reports to senior management. Ensure metrics reflect the health of business processes.
- CAPA Champion: Establish and maintain a robust Corrective and Preventive Action program, driving systematic resolution of quality issues and monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficient in software development processes, DevOps, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Leadership and communication prowess.
- Experience with QMS and systems, including Jira/Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meeting project deadlines.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen due to nature of defense contracts.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
