Job Summary

The Senior Security Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the security and product vision for NetApp's portfolio of products. This leadership position requires a strong background in security-related technologies and ecosystems, as well as experience in capturing security requirements and innovating new security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud and on-prem environments, as well as a proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver delightful products to customers. This role may also involve direct management of other security product managers and interfacing with UI/UX and engineering counterparts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy for NetApp's products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the BlueXPTM team to deliver unified control of storage and data services across hybrid multicloud environments.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams to design and deliver secure and user-friendly products.
  • Manage and prioritize security-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in security-related technologies and ecosystems.
  • Strong background in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering secure and user-friendly products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
