Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced security professional to serve as the primary point of contact for a high-profile commercial property in downtown Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a background in site supervision and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client representatives and other stakeholders to address operational needs and resolve issues.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the guard force to meet or exceed client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Train, develop, and mentor Security Officers to provide quality service and ensure compliance with company policy and federal and state regulations.
  • Participate in the employee onboarding process, including interviewing and selecting candidates that meet the required level of qualifications and skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of security experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success.
  • Ability to be flexible and available 24/7 to address issues as they arise.
  • Policy development and training experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and site-specific security programs.
