As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will be responsible for logging and distributing project controls documents to the project team. You will also supervise and direct planning and scheduling activities, applying diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project controls documents and ensure timely distribution to the project team
  • Supervise and direct planning and scheduling activities, applying controls and systems
  • Work under direct supervision, gathering and distributing information, and supervising administrative personnel
Requirements
  • 3+ years of heavy construction experience, including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction/engineering resolution
  • Experience working with self-perform labor component
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
