Role Overview:
As a Technical Project Coordinator within our HVAC division, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing control systems projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and project closeout.
  • Providing direction to subcontractors, technicians, and designers to ensure project success.
  • Managing project finances, including costs, billings, and collections while maintaining customer satisfaction.

It is essential to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will validate system functionality and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinating resources for timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct site-specific training for clients on system operations and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain long-term relationships with contractors, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:
- A technical Associate's Degree with four years of relevant field experience or six years of equivalent experience in the HVAC/Building Automation sector.

- Proven technical expertise in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC/Building Automation control systems.

- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
