As a key member of the SCA Health team, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the business and operations of a surgical care center. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive clinical quality and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians to meet patient needs and exceed expectations
- Build and manage a high-performing team of clinicians
- Lead and develop teams to achieve clinical quality outcomes and volume growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence
- Manage financial controls and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting body standards
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an administrator in an outpatient surgery setting, practice, or hospital setting
- Background in ambulatory or outpatient surgery strongly preferred
- Demonstratable leadership ability, effective communication skills, and proven ability to interact well with physicians and surgeons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
