Job Summary

The Global Sales Director – Systems Integrators will be responsible for leading and expanding SHI's sales business within the Systems Integrator sector on a global scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and deep industry knowledge, as well as extensive experience working either for or with Systems Integrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Systems Integrator market
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and product development
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a global sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales targets
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Systems Integrators and partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint within the Systems Integrator market
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making
  • Implement and manage sales tools and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' direct selling experience on major accounts deemed large, complex, and/or international in scope
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role within the Systems Integrator or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets on a global scale
  • Strong understanding of and experience working in the Systems Integrators market

This is a remote position, but may require occasional travel to SHI Headquarters in Somerset, NJ.
