Water Resources Engineer

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Marlborough, MA. As a key member of our transportation projects team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing roadway stormwater treatment and conveyance systems, including drainage pipe networks, culverts, inlets, retention/detention ponds, roadside swales, and other stormwater management facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling
- Prepare construction and bid documents (plans, specifications, and estimates)
- Conduct technical writing and report documentation
- Client meetings and presentations
- 4-8 years of experience in water resources engineering
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- Proficiency with H&H models, such as HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, StormCAD, HY-8, etc.
- Working knowledge of MassDOT and MassDEP standards
- EIT Certification (PE preferred)
