Job Overview

About the Role

This position is responsible for preparing Purchase Orders based on project requirements, handling up to 30 projects simultaneously, and maintaining PO status to ensure timely delivery. The successful candidate will be working closely with engineers and addressing revisions to drawings, as well as negotiating payment terms and pricing with suppliers. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and self-motivation are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders in accordance with project requirements
  • Maintenance of PO status through Excel tracking for on-time delivery
  • Negotiation of payment terms and pricing with suppliers
  • Sourcing new suppliers and establishing new processes
  • Collaboration with engineers to address revisions to drawings
  • Preferred experience in machine / fabrication shop environment

What We Offer
