At Mainline Information Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Attorney Specialist to join our team. This is a remote work opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, supporting CT & ET time zones.

This role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Florida Bar to practice law. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a transactional attorney, with a strong background in information technology or government contracting and competitive procurements.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate master agreements and transactional contracts involving equipment sales and IT professional services, software licenses, and subscription-based offerings.
  • Ensure contractual terms and conditions are consistent with established company policy and risk profile.
  • Provide legal/risk summaries, draft corporate policies, and participate in other projects as directed.
