This role is perfect for experienced sales professionals looking to upskill and advance their careers. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and best practices, preparing you for a Sr. Consultant role or full-time positions at our clients.

You will be positioned as an experienced SDR, responsible for helping us crack the go-to-market code on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study the Client's category, product, and challenges they solve
  • Identify and prospect key players within target accounts aligned with the client's ideal buyer persona
  • Source, cleanse, and upload prospect data using tools and following InsideScale processes
  • Engage in multi-channel sales development activities (email, call, video, social media, direct mail) using industry-leading software
  • Work diligently to meet/beat KPIs, including meetings booked, and daily/weekly activities from the above channels
  • Assist InsideScale leadership in crafting multi-channel messaging based on learnings from engaging with prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the client and InsideScale through effective communication

Requirements:

  • Prior work in sales development and a track record of high performance, ideally in SaaS
  • Experience executing omni-channel SDR activities (email, call, video, social media, direct mail)
  • Experience leveraging Sales Development tools - Salesforce, Outreach.io or equivalent tools strongly preferred
  • Focus and attention to detail; commitment to maintaining InsideScale quality standards
  • Strong people skills; building relationships with Client ICPs, Clients, and InsideScale
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business growth
