About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead new business growth. As our second Account Executive, you'll develop new opportunities to hand off to our implementation and customer success team.
Your primary focus will be working closely with our CEO, Head of Sales, and technical CSM to convince and onboard the world's largest property software companies. This role demands managing a pipeline of up to 80 opportunities with deal sizes exceeding $100k, attending conferences globally, multi-threading with Director to c-suite executives, and maintaining CRM data.
This position requires a strong understanding of APIs and early startup experience. It's based in San Francisco, so remote candidates are not considered at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development
- Expand existing customer relationships
- Travel to conferences in the US, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and functions to scale new business
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years software sales experience
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel to conferences worldwide
- Experience with cold outbound and conference account-based models
- Strategic prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex technical solutions and articulate the value proposition to clients
- Eagerness to work in a high-growth environment and help build processes and tools as needed
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
