Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the club's reservations system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement communication initiatives to promote club events and activities.
- Collaborate with the general manager and other department heads to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
