Credit and Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Approve orders and credit terms for customers and sales teams
- Communicate with various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse Operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Make daily collections calls and apply payments to the internal cash management system
- Prepare customer files for credit approval and maintain detailed reports of receivables and collections activity
- At least two years of experience in Credit and Collections
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Prior experience in retail or wholesale environments (a plus)
