Job Title: Human Resources & Financial Affairs Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources & Financial Affairs Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Vice President of Financial Affairs/CFO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including creating job postings, advertising on various job sites, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Support the annual open enrollment benefit process, various audits, performance appraisals, training and development efforts, and coordinate annual and special events.
  • Roll out various programs, respond to unemployment claims, assist with leave management, and update employee information on various platforms.
  • Assist the Controller's office during audits, prepare for policy renewals, maintain accurate credit card record tracking systems, and collect financial and employee data to develop reports as requested.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent organization, computer, and communication skills. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now is required. A Bachelor's Degree or some college education is a plus.
