  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate benefit plans and develop and monitor operating and capital budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Eight years (including 5 years in a Human Resources management role) of generalist experience, in a health care environment is required
  • PHR or SPHR certification
