Position Overview:
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. This position requires individuals who are adept at managing guest interactions and possess a strong service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a welcoming demeanor and provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize RDP reservation software efficiently while demonstrating strong computer literacy.
  • Guest Management: Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, address guest inquiries, and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests.
Position Details:
Location: Resort Properties
Employment Type: Part-Time, Year-Round
Compensation: $20 per hour

Schedule: Flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States year-round
