Position Overview
This role involves the administration and accounting of government property assigned to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting functions related to government property and perform necessary administrative tasks.
  • Establish protocols for the receipt and distribution of materials and equipment classified as government property.
  • Compile and submit various reports mandated by government regulations.
  • Act as the company representative during audits concerning government property.
  • Support warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in property administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of government property management practices.
  • Proficient in desktop software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to work under general supervision, with tasks performed both indoors and outdoors, including potential physical demands such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Citizenship verification is necessary to comply with Export Control regulations, defining a 'US Person' as per 22 C.F.R. §.

Salary Range: $55K – $62K DOE
