Compensación:

$80,000 en Plan de Comisión

Responsabilidades:
  • Mantener un portafolio de clientes existentes y buscar ventas de seguros con nuevos clientes utilizando estrategias de ventas que pueden incluir llamadas en frío y redes de contacto.
  • Estar al tanto de cualquier cambio en las normas o políticas dentro de la agencia de seguros para poder ajustar los programas de seguros para clientes existentes y potenciales.
  • Realizar reuniones con nuevos y potenciales clientes, escuchando cuidadosamente sus circunstancias individuales para presentar las mejores pólizas de seguros que se adapten a sus necesidades.
  • Actualizar informes, registros, sistemas de contabilidad y otras herramientas organizativas para informar con precisión el progreso hacia los objetivos de ventas mensuales de seguros.
  • Implementar nuestro sistema de ventas comprobado en el campo que se enseña en la capacitación.
Calificaciones:
  • La experiencia en el uso de software relacionado con contabilidad o ventas es beneficiosa.
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en ventas directas, ventas externas, liderazgo o ventas entre empresas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Autónomo con una actitud positiva y una sólida ética de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico.
