About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Portfolio Success Specialist.

This role involves providing support for intelliflo office and portfolio customers, including new customer onboarding, responding to customer requests, managing and escalating support requests, identifying customer requirements, and building relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with software solutions, specifically intelliflo office and intelliflo Portfolio, covering account opening, client management, portfolio reporting, billing, and rebalancing.
