Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our call center team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a customer service supervisor and a background in a call center environment. They should be proficient in identifying and measuring core competencies and performance metrics.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights to oversee intricate processes, manage performance metrics, policies, and procedures, and provide valuable coaching, constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
You will also foster a productive and achievement-oriented environment and identify opportunities to enhance customer service protocols.
