Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Train new employees and provide guidance on procedures and policies
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
