Kids and Teens Pediatrics of Dover is a leading pediatric practice dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare to children. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with pediatricians to provide comprehensive care to our young patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions, including chronic and episodic disorders
  • Conduct physical examinations and provide appropriate care for illness, injury, and disease prevention
  • Work independently and collaboratively with pediatricians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (required)
  • Doctorate of Nursing Science (preferred)
  • National certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (required)
  • Current Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license with prescriptive authority (required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced ability to navigate EMR systems (Cerner, EPIC, etc.)
  • Immediate to advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
